Garlic powder, salt, pepper, chicken wings (2 lbs), wing sauce (Frank's Red Hots), Worcestershire, pam spray and unsalted butter



  • pluck feathers if any strains remain

  • wash and pat dry

  • salt and pepper both sides

Air fryer

  • spray bucket or lather with vegetable oil

  • cook to 400 degrees for 23 mins, flip chicken wings half way

Sauce (medium bowl)

  • do this step after wings are cooked so sauce doesn't thicken

  • unsalted butter melted 4 tbsp

  • hot sauce (Franks) 1/4 cup

  • Worcestershire 1 tsp

  • garlic powder 1/2 tsp

  • might need to double if you like you wings extra wet


  • mix wings into sauce bowl and serve with your choice of ranch or blue cheese
