Ingredients:
Garlic powder, salt, pepper, chicken wings (2 lbs), wing sauce (Frank's Red Hots), Worcestershire, pam spray and unsalted butter
Directions:
Chicken
pluck feathers if any strains remain
wash and pat dry
salt and pepper both sides
Air fryer
spray bucket or lather with vegetable oil
cook to 400 degrees for 23 mins, flip chicken wings half way
Sauce (medium bowl)
do this step after wings are cooked so sauce doesn't thicken
unsalted butter melted 4 tbsp
hot sauce (Franks) 1/4 cup
Worcestershire 1 tsp
garlic powder 1/2 tsp
might need to double if you like you wings extra wet
Serve
mix wings into sauce bowl and serve with your choice of ranch or blue cheese
