Ingredients:
Minute/instant rice, cooked chopped rotisserie chicken, sour cream French onion dip, cream of chicken soup (1 can, 10oz), chicken broth, shredded cheddar cheese, pam or cooking spray, and French fried onions (6oz)
Directions:
Stove
boil 2 cups of water
add rice 2 cups
let sit 5 mins
Large bowl (mixture)
add cream of chicken soup 1 cup
add French onion dip 1 cup
add chicken broth 1/2 cup
add shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup
mix
add entire shredded rotisserie chicken
add cooked rice
mix
Pan (9x13)
add mixture evenly to pan
add layer of French friend onions
Cook
350 degrees 25 mins
