Ingredients:

Minute/instant rice, cooked chopped rotisserie chicken, sour cream French onion dip, cream of chicken soup (1 can, 10oz), chicken broth, shredded cheddar cheese, pam or cooking spray, and French fried onions (6oz)

Directions:

Stove

  • boil 2 cups of water

  • add rice 2 cups

  • let sit 5 mins

Large bowl (mixture)

  • add cream of chicken soup 1 cup

  • add French onion dip 1 cup

  • add chicken broth 1/2 cup

  • add shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup

  • mix

  • add entire shredded rotisserie chicken

  • add cooked rice

  • mix

Pan (9x13)

  • add mixture evenly to pan

  • add layer of French friend onions

Cook

  • 350 degrees 25 mins
