Korriban Taco Casserole

Ingredients:

Ground beef/turkey (1.5 lbs), olive oil, chopped onion (1), green chilies (1 can 4oz), enchilada red sauce (1 can 10oz), cream cheese (2oz), Fritos corn chips (1 bag), shredded cheddar cheese (12 oz), shredded lettuce, tomatoes diced, salsa and sour cream

Directions:

Stove Skillet

• olive oil 1/3 cup

• chopped onion 3/4 cup

• add ground beef 1.5 lbs

• brown meat

• add green chillies

• add enchilada sauce

• add cream cheese (2oz) stir and let melt

Pan (9x13)

• spray pam or butter

• first layer

  • add fritos

  • add meat

  • add cheese

• repeat 2 more layers

Cook

• 350 degrees 20 mins (covered tin foil)

Serve

• add lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and sour cream to your liking
