Ingredients:
Dried basil, garlic powder, oregano, pepper, salt, boneless beef chuck roast (3-4 lbs), hard rolls (10-12), pepperoncinis (11oz), onion (1), pepper, salt, mozzarella shredded cheese (6oz)
Directions:
Seasoning (small bowl)
dried basil 1 and 3/4 tsp
garlic powder 1 and 1/2 tsp
oregano 1 and 1/2 tsp
pepper 1/4 tsp
salt 1 and 1/4 tsp
Meat
cut beef chuck roast into large chunks and trim fat
Crockpot
water 1/4 cup
add 1/2 pepperoncinis juice
add half beef chunks
cut stems off half pepperoncinis and add
add half bowl of seasoning
add chopped onions 1 cup
add remaining meat on top
add remaining pepperoncinis juice
add chopped onions 1 cup
add remaining pepperoncinis with stems cut off
add remaining seasoning
Cook
cover and cook on low 8-10 hours don't open lid

Shred meat with fork and serve
