Ingredients:

Dried basil, garlic powder, oregano, pepper, salt, boneless beef chuck roast (3-4 lbs), hard rolls (10-12), pepperoncinis (11oz), onion (1), pepper, salt, mozzarella shredded cheese (6oz)

Directions:

Seasoning (small bowl)

  • dried basil 1 and 3/4 tsp

  • garlic powder 1 and 1/2 tsp

  • oregano 1 and 1/2 tsp

  • pepper 1/4 tsp

  • salt 1 and 1/4 tsp

Meat

  • cut beef chuck roast into large chunks and trim fat

Crockpot

  • water 1/4 cup

  • add 1/2 pepperoncinis juice

  • add half beef chunks

  • cut stems off half pepperoncinis and add

  • add half bowl of seasoning

  • add chopped onions 1 cup

  • add remaining meat on top

  • add remaining pepperoncinis juice

  • add chopped onions 1 cup

  • add remaining pepperoncinis with stems cut off

  • add remaining seasoning

Cook

  • cover and cook on low 8-10 hours don't open lid

Last

  • Shred meat with fork and serve
